General Terms
Once the device has reached the account holder it becomes their responsibility to make sure that it is not misused or damaged.
Faulty devices will be replaced free of charge if they can not be fixed insitu. The account holder is liable for any installation costs.

Payments
Erimus IT Ltd. invoices customers on a monthly basis for the subscription element of the tracking account.
Non-payment within 14 days of invoicing will result in the account being suspended and only reinstated upon payment.
At Erimus IT's discretion,  the account invoicing will be moved to a payment in advance of the monthly invoice rather than one month in arrears. This in effect means a double invoice for that month.
If a second non-payment occurs the account will be deleted immediately without prior written agreement for the non-payment to take place.

Fixed Term Contract
If a fixed term contract is agreed, this will usually be for a 24 or 36 months period. The contract may be terminated by the account holder on written  agreement  and subject to charges relating to the cost of the device or devices purchased under contract..

The tracking devices remain the property of Activus Tracking (Erimus IT Ltd) until the contract period is complete or upon written agreement.

Pay As You Go

Once payment has been received by Activus Tracking (Erimus IT Ltd) for the devices and the direct debit has been accepted, then devices will be shipped to the account holder. The account may be set up prior to payment but no devices are shipped before payment.
